Cancellation Policy
- Any cancellations made after the booking confirmation date will be subject to a charge of EUR 25.
- Any cancellations made after 14:30 local time, 7 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

Please take note that guests staying at Nova Skyland or Santa Claus Holiday Village will be picked up from Snowman World as the hotels are located close to each other.
